VIB Welcome Gift?

A VIB Welcome Gift was mentioned in the email sent urging me to become a VIB, but now I am and I can't find the gift. What is the name of the promotion? It's not in my rewards bizarre either.

I asked about VIB gift a month ago and this is sephora's reply: 

"Sorry for any confusion! At this time, we are happy to offer the Rouge Welcome Gift to our new Rouge clients. We do not currently offer a VIB gift. "

Funny that I remembered receiving similar emails like the one you got, urging me to reach VIB and said there's a VIB gift, but then the staff said they don't offer VIB gift. Very confusing indeed.

I apologize for any confusion caused.  Clients who reach VIB should receive an VIB Celebration email the day after the qualifying purchase.  This email should contain a free-one-time use Shipping code and a Free Custom Makeover.  No promotion code is needed for the VIB free makeover,  Simply provide a Beauty Advisor your welcome email to redeem the offer.
