VIB Tier Celebration Makeover Gift

I received a VIB tier celebration gift of two makeovers to share or keep when I ordered online in May 2019. I was saving both of them for my 30th birthday, which I’m celebrating on Feb 22. I can’t find a space to redeem the gift I received, and have been reading that those perks were taken away. Are the 2019 VIB tier gifts still being honored? I never received an email or any information about this change and I’m really upset. The gift shows up as my gift on my Sephora account but no way to redeem—I have a screenshot of the order for proof. There’s no barcode or anything for me to redeem this and I would like this remedied. I’m a loyal Sephora customer and counted on this service to celebrate and make me look my best on 30th birthday. This is really disappointing, especially considering how much money I spend here and how this was never communicated. I need to make arrangements for this ASAP and found out about this today as I went to redeem the gift and book an appointment. If this is not remedied I will take my business elsewhere.

Hello, the same thing is happening to me. I booked an appointment for march 14th and went online to check how to redeem them for my friend and I and there is no way to. Can you please look into this for me as well?
