VIB Status?

I've reached VIB status with 407 points but my account still says I'm an insider??

Yes I am aware of that but isnt VIB status considered anything over $350.00 and then ROUGE starts at $1,000.00?? I've spent 435.39 total online and in store since September of this year....wouldnt that make me VIB? My last purchase was October 2nd in store of which my points were not added to my account so I had to contact customer service to fix that and show my receipt. They fixed the points but my account still shows "insider".
