VIB Status

I just made a purchase online this morning that continued my VIB status until the end of 2018. I received my confirmation email for my order,but I never received an email that gave me the percentage off on my next purchase, next order online, free makeover, etc. for being a VIB. Is that email still coming, do I have to wait for my order to be processed to get that email?
