VIB Status Reset

I was a VIB Rouge before the status reset. This morning I ordered just enough to maintain VIB status, however I logged in now and it was all wiped in the yearly reset. I wanted to keep VIB at least but now I can't afford to. Did I mess up? 😞

In my experience, the points have never expired. My points are correct, if a little glitchy today because of the new year.

 

My issue is that I spent the required amount to maintain VIB (not VIB Rouge) just after the reset, however the money that I spent was for some reason considered before the reset, thus leaving me out $350 and with no VIB, just BI. Does anyone have any advice, or should I contact Sephora directly?

I had 977 points and was told repeatedly by store associates they didn't expire.  If that was untrue I will never spend a dime at Sephora again and will return everything I purchased last month.

Points never expire. Your year to date spend is reset every year. I hope this clarifies.
