VIB STATUS NOT UPDATING

I have spent more than $350 to reach VIB status but I’m still an insider Can someone please help me before the Sephora savings event ends

@dede200112345 It can take up to 24 hours for your status to update. I see that your account has now been upgraded to VIB.
