VIB Rouge status update - currently how long?

I made my qualifying purchase at Christmas.  Customer service line indicates I am Rouge.  I do all of my orders online, and I am waiting for that status to reflect as such when I sign into my account.  What is the estimated wait for that currently? Thank you.
