VIB Rouge status gone

Just logged in Sephora this morning and noticed Im no longer VIB Rouge and the site is requesting me to set up a new Beauty Insider account. I had over 3,100 plus points and now at zero points.

 

Did something change, am I missing something.I just re qualified for VIB Rouge December 2018 to December 2019.

 

Please tell me this is a glitch.

I apologize for the confusion. The system that tracks our Beauty Insider program points and subscriptions was down for a short time for maintenance. You should be able to view your account now. Points for any purchases made during the maintenance should be updated in your account within the next 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Same thing happened to me. I'm VIB with close to 4,000 points saved and my points and status are gone. Even when logged in it asks me to join the Beauty Insider program. I was making a post at the same time as you, so didn't see this post initially. 

 

Hopefully it's just a website glitch and will be fixed. I emailed CS but it's way too early in the morning for anyone to be in or answering phones or chat.
