VIB Rouge not showing

So I looked the other day to see how close I was to becoming a VIB rouge member and the website said I needed to spend $134 more dollars to reach the next level of status. I went in today and bought a bunch of products to try to obtain rouge and at the check out the girl said that I made it! However looking online again my account now says I need to spend $145 dollars to become rouge? I’m very confused. Help??
