VIB Rouge discount not working online but worked in 2 days ago (11/9/18)?

Hello Customer Support - 

 

While returning an item in store 2 days ago (Friday 11/9/18), the sales associate said the rouge discount is still going on and will go on throughout this weekend. (The sales associate applied the code to another customer who is Rouge upon their checkout so it was able to be applied.)

 

But now when I am about to check out online and tried to apply the Rouge or VIB discount code, it does not work. 

 

I am hoping to buy online to redeem my points in the "500" point category for a set that was not available in-store, but is currently available to redeem online.

 

Please kindly assist.
