VIB + Rouge Tata Harper offer gone within a few hours?

I received the notification for the Tata Harper beauty offer this morning but when I tried to add it at lunch, I receive the message, "Sorry, the promotion you entered has expired. Please select another promotion code." I know the points Rewards can go quickly but do the VIB + Rouge offers usually run out this fast?? Is it really already sold out??

I've had the same issue. For the past few days, it keeps showing as available but then says it is out of stock when I try to add it.

I can't get it through the app or the website. I get the same error. I think it must be a glitch, as typically Sephora takes down their offers once they run out of product. I was curious to see if it was actually a duo, or if it was like the Sunday Riley "duo" where you had to pick one and didn't get the set. Apparently it's neither. LOL

The Sephora website has been so glitchy lately that I have almost entirely stopped buying from Sephora. Constantly asking me to log in but not keeping me logged in, only showing a few items on my Loves list, pages "bottoming out" at eight products when they had a few hundred items before (and no option to show more), broken links, you name it. I've given website feedback but it hasn't improved.
