VIB Rouge - Shipping is a NIGHTMARE! VIB ROUGE - WHY?

I paid money - forget exactly how much - to get two day expedited shipping ... Why is that service no longer working - BUT - I was not refunded?  I placed an order on Dec 8 - it is showing delivery on Dec 19th ... Are you kidding me?

I had placed an order. Canada post said delivered. I never got my items. Called Sephora. They did nothing to help.
