VIB Rouge Sale Time on Friday?

I received the card in the mail today with the dates 11/3-11/6 for the sale. I'm wondering what time can we shop the sale on Friday 11/3? Is it midnight PST or EST? I'm in New York so I just want to know if I can place an order using the code at midnight my time or if I'd have to wait until 3am or later if it's midnight PST time? Any help is appreciated, there's a few things I want that will probably sell out and I want to place my order as soon as the code is available I just need to know when that is based on the time zones.

on the email that went out it says the following: 

*Offer valid for Rouge members only in Sephora U.S. stores, Sephora Canada stores, and online from 11/3/17 to 11/6/17 at 11:59 PM PDT and also from 11/10/17 to 11/15/17 at 11:59 PM PDT with any merchandise purchase.

Sephora runs on Pacific time, so the absolute earliest possibility would likely be midnight PT (3am Eastern)

@Gelsomina Times are hard to predict. Sometimes they have gone live Thursday night, other times not until very early morning on Friday. Start checking late Thursday night, then again first thing in the morning. Thankfully, in the past Sephora has been really good about honoring codes for items sold out that don't come back in stock during the sale dates, although this year may be different since there are two sales weekends for Rouge.

I am also Canadian and I hadn't gotten anything from Sephora, so I had to call them and they sent me the email.
