VIB/Rouge Gifts

Where are the VIB/ROUGE  Gifts?

I'm wondering if I'm not getting the emails lately. Is there really no rouge/vib codes? I even tried to use the code for the 5 lipstick offer, gone! They are all gone. Its been like this for weeks now. Why place a $100 order? Or better yet why be Rouge?

 

I gave up on getting samples months ago. I cannot remember when I actually got the samples I picked out, months ago. The worst part of is I cant use the samples they send; they go in the trash! I don't even my orders in the 2 day shipping. I guess I will order my moisturizer someplace else. Nordstrom has a 16 piece bag offer along with a few other gifts and samples.

Whaaat there're monthly gifts? I've been rouge for the past 4 years and never received them. Didn't know they existed

I feel ya @pandy17... I have been wondering if I'm missing emails as well, but don't think that's the case. 

I'm a huge fan of Sephora.  I buy all of my skincare and cosmetics here, unless it's a product Sephora doesn't carry.  It's becoming more difficult to justify that with the offers I see elsewhere in the market, however, and the VIB gifts were a good perk for spending my money here versus directly with the brands.  As of late, there's little incentive to spend more that $25 here or there. 

 

I'm not going to ditch Sephora, but I know the moderators check these posts, and I do hope they funnel the comments back to leadership. I need to restock some Origins products, and plan to buy it directly from the brand.  I get better freebies for the amount I'm spending, and it makes it a better value. If there were a good VIB gift, I'd buy from Sephora.  The brands are really upping their game, while it feels like Sephora's scaling back....

SEPHORA absolutely is scaling back and it's so disappointing and disgusting. Their customer service is awful and I only shop here when I buy things that aren't sold at other stores. They should be completely ashamed of their business practices. They are taking a turn for the worst and they completely know it. The only reason they're still around is because they're so big. Smaller companies who behaved like this would not be allowed to operate. If colourpop or glossier pulled stuff like this thy would be out of business so fast .... I'm about to release a detailed history of how Sephora has gone downhill recently, specifically the past 5 years, with sources from retailers, bloggers and employees. Will be posting online soon so stay tuned! 🙂 hopefully this gets them to realize their customers are not happy with their changes (but probably not) and it will gain traction !

Not to mention getting the codes a week or so late. The lipstick samples When I got the email from Sephora, I tried to use it that same day and all (right down to the scoreone code) could no longer be used. Because it had started earlier in the week and was out of stock.

 

What is the point of telling me about a new code, sale or promotion a week late? What sense does that make. And most of these codes aren't Rouge specific, they're the same codes everyone else gets. So how is it a perk?

I never even got the lipstick sample code, and I placed an order when it was active iirc. I saw people talking about it on Instagram, but did I get an email? Nope. I'm close to renewing Rouge through 2019 just by virtue of the fact that Sephora sells the brands I buy, but this is irritating as heck.

Are you going to give her a special code? How can you help her and not all the other rouge members here complaining? I literally just made a post about this. Why haven't you guys released a new rouge GWP? It's been over two months (last one was 1/18/18 according to an email, actually not even my email because I dont get rouge GWP emails even though I am rouge). Don't put "free monthly gifts" on your website under Perks because that's a straight up blatant lie.
