Hi everyone! 💖 could someone explain to me what's a VIB Rouge Card? ☺️💕

Hi @Anonymous,

All clients (Beauty Insider, VIB and Rouge clients) can receive physical cards that a Cast Member will scan at checkout so the points and spend are added to the client's account.

However, if you do not have a physical card, you can always login to the Sephora App and click "Show Card." This will open the digital version of your card, and a Cast Member will be able to scan this at checkout. Alternatively, you can simply provide your registered email address or phone number at checkout instead. I hope this helps. 🙂
