VIB Rouge 3 day shipping

There is absolutely no benefit to being a Rouge anymore.  Orders take up to a week to process, so 3 day shipping is non existent.  I have an order now that I placed on Nov 14, notification says it shipped today (Nov 19), and will arrive on Nov 27.  Aside from the delay in "processing",  how is this 3 day shipping?

At least yours has shipped. I placed an order over a week ago and I'm still waiting for it to ship.

They need to figure something out, or get rid of all expedited shipping, all VIB and other rankings, and all "notes" on the order screen.  They say 1-day and 2-day shipping aren't affected by delays, but they are as well.  I placed an overnight order and it shipped 2-day.  I hope your stuff ships soon.
