I never receive the email either, and I didn’t receive most of the emails of discount events, only got those emails about new arrived products and mini gifts, so I missed sale events a few times.

I work for Sephora and it as a trial run that they did to see how many people are actually viewing their emails. Basically only certain people received the coupon email and if you mentioned it we'd give it to you but it was just for our own testing purposes.
