VIB Renewal Discount

I reach VIB Status again this year but did not receive the typical package in the mail.  Does the renewal no longer include a discount?  Was this ever announced?  Thanks.

I never received one in the mail before? I either got it in store or in the rewards section online I could add my free welcome kit. After adding it from the rewards section, and making a purchase, it came in my package.

Mine isn't there either.  I got an email but it didn't include a discount.  It only had free 2 day shipping (which I already have) and the makeover (which I never use).
