VIB ROUGE status not appearing

hi there, 

for some reason when i checked my account online today the fact that i am rouge and all my points have disappeared....

i tried logging out and back in on both my laptop and the app and they both arent working, when i log in it says im not even a beauty insider

I am sorry to hear this. Due to site maintenance your points and BI status may have disappeared for a short amount of time. You should now be able to login and see your Beauty Insider status and your points. If you do not, please send me a PM and I will look into this further for you.
