I would try it. Buy a few of the Weekly Wows to reach the $66 to get the most of your money and make sure to opt in on your account for emails. You should get it. I became VIB 2 days ago and got the email today. Hopefully it works for you. Worse that could happen is you are VIB 😉 - also try calling into Customer Service to see if you can get the offer sent to your email manually after becoming VIB.
