VIB Makeover

Must I have my VIB makeover voucher in hand (it's in an order not yet delivered) when I make my VIB makeover appointment? It's the 45 minute Custom Makeover, correct?

Hi Clionah,

 

Generally, our stores will need the 45 minute VIB Complimentary Makeover card at the time of your appointment. However, I may suggest contacting your local Sephora store directly to see if they can accommodate you.
