VIB Complimentary Makeover

Hi,

I became a VIB in June and would like to use my complimentary VIB makeover. How do I do this? When I booked my appointment online, there was no where for me to reference this. When I went to the store in person this weekend, I was told I should have received a voucher in the mail, but I never did. How can I redeem this? Shouldn't they just be able to look up my status and see I am a VIB and never used this? I ended up paying out of pocket for my makeover yesterday so I wasn't really happy about that....
