VEHO is the worst!

I placed an order on Apr 8th that should’ve been delivered Mon, Apr 15. I saw that it was shipped via Veho, I’m wondering wth is that because I’ve never seen anyone use that. As a result I decided to track it closely. From the 13th my package has been at the Pompano Beach facility and it has not moved since. No update! I called Sephora, that was a waste as they cannot help me. At this point I should’ve followed my mind and order from another store because this makes no sense at all.
