VEHO MISSING PACKAGE replacement denied!

Has anyone else had issues with Sephora using Veho for delivery and then refusing to help when something goes wrong?

 

I’m dealing with a missing order that was marked as delivered but never actually arrived. I filed a claim with Veho and they told me directly that Sephora has to handle it. Sephora, on the other hand, is saying there’s nothing they can do, no replacement and no account credit.

 

What’s especially frustrating is that I was already told by a Sephora customer service rep that I would be receiving a replacement or credit and that never happened. Now I’m being told the opposite.

 

To make matters worse, I used Sephora account credit for this purchase so I don’t even have the option to dispute the charge through my bank. I’m basically stuck without my items or any resolution.

 

I’ve been a Sephora customer since 2007 and this is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It also seems like this is not an isolated issue. There are a lot of similar complaints about Veho deliveries and Sephora not resolving them.

 

Is anyone else dealing with this? Were you able to get it resolved?
