VEHO ISSUES!!!

I really wish you guys would listen to your customers and stop using Veho as a courier service. They are completely incompetent. They marked my package as delivered and they took a picture and it is clearly a warehouse floor. I contacted their support team, and they told me the driver “mistakenly” marked my package as delivered but there were access issues???? My complex has no gate, security, nothing, but they cannot seem to explain what the access issues are. This happens every single time my shipment is shipped with them.

I’m also dealing with a Veho delivery issue.

They claimed it was misdelivered, and now marked as “undeliverable.” The Veho customer support said the package was “lost in transit” and it’s on ME to deal with trying to get a replacement/refund etc. Will I get my VIB points back?! I NEVER had an issue with Sephora delivery before, and now I never want to order from them again. Please STOP using this courier service.

I can attest to this as well - not with Sephora packages - but for other merchants. I’m to the point where I will no longer order from anyone who I know will be using Veho.
