VEHO IS HORRIBLE

I have already made many online orders with Sephora and I have never had any problems. So, trusting that my products would arrive safely to my courier, I made an expensive purchase, THEY NEVER ARRIVED.

The Veho company is garbage, they say that my package was "delivered" and they upload a photo of a package that is not even mine because it does not have my shipping information. The SEPHORA team should not use these company for deliveries. I am sure that my package has been stolen and SEPHORA will not even offer me a refund.

Veho is crap, they do not even have a decent customer service where you can ask for information about our packages. This is unacceptable!
