Using 30 percent off coupon

I was not able to use my 30 percent off coupon on line and I do not understand why?  I spent $83.00, this is not right.

 The sale right now is for Rouge Members, the other tiers begin later on.

  It says on your tag that you are VIB, your code will work starting November 1st.

The dates listed for the sale did mention Rouge,VIB and Insider starting at different times.  I hope this helps clear up any confusion @Cinnamon14
