Using 30% off coupon issue

I am trying to purchase the Sephora collection foundation so I could use the 30%o off code but when I apply it to checkout it says must be logged into beauty insider account which I already am logged into my Sephora account. I don’t know if there’s something I’m missing to log into or what. Please let me know. Thank you!
