Useless Sephora Credit

I purchased some items beginning of March. When i didn't receive the items days later (they usually arrive the next day), i reached out to the Sephora support and they told me the would reship the items. When i check on that status it says returned and paid and a reshipment has been issued. A day or so later, i checked the status of the reshipment and it says it has been "cancelled" (because the item is out of stock). No reshipment nor refund has been issued. I reached out to the customer service 3 weeks later  and the told me that a credit has been issued which didn't make sense because i did NOT purchase with a gift card. So i try to make a purchase online and i keep coming up with these errors. So when i tried to reach out to Sephora again i was told that i was NOT allowed to make online purchases due to Sephora rules. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE SEPHORA!!! You give me store credit (which was NOT the original form of payment) that i can apparently only use ONLINE and you're telling me i CANNOT MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES. I have been a loyal customer for so many years and this is how you treat your customers. GREAT JOB!!
