Used points and canceled order

Hello, I ordered some of items and used 100 points on a Rewards item.

 

However, my order was canceled because the payment was unsuccessful, and currently, my points summary shows that those points were applied.

 

Since the order was canceled and I won't be receiving the rewards item, is there someway for me to still receive that rewards item or get those 100 points back?
