Use a different carrier than fleet optics

I received notification that Fleet Optics delivered my parcel but I looked everywhere around my apartment building and saw no package. Sephora customer service was great and they immediately sent a replacement order. A few days later, I received the delivered notification from Fleet Optics and again, did not see my package. I looked into it and Fleet Optics had delivered my parcel to the West street address instead of the East street address. This is complete incompetence that the driver is not properly reading the address listed on the package. I've now had two parcels lost and undelivered. Sephora needs to use a different courier partner as this is dampening the customer service experience for your clients. I've never had a worse experience than with Fleet Optics and they don't even have any customer service support to help rectify the issue.
