Urgent, please help! W-2 access needed!

I need assistance accessing my W-2. I’m a former employee with no access to Dayforce. I have emailed the payroll email 6 times since tax season, called my former store, called customer service, tried to call HR, all to no avail. No one can seem to help me and my deadline for my tax extension is coming in a month. I need help please, this is so frustrating!
