Urgent: Wrong Shipping Address on My Birthday Order

Hello,

I recently placed my birthday order, but your system sent it to an old address where I lived 7 years ago. That address is not saved anywhere in my Sephora app or account, so I am very concerned about how this happened.

I called customer service yesterday, and the representative told me they would send a request to the warehouse. However, I am not sure if any process has actually been initiated to help me, since I have not received confirmation or updates.

Could you please confirm what steps have been taken and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible? I would like my order redirected or resent to my correct current address.
