Urban decay primer potion hazmat?

Does anyone know why UD primer potion has a shipping restriction because of “hazmat”? I used to use it all the time and was going to repurchase but now I’m concerned lol.

Hi @melis99moy Due to US Department of Transportation Air Transport Regulations, certain items like nail polishes, fragrances, aerosol cans and products containing certain ingredients such as alcohol are required to be shipped via ground transport and are considered hazmat.
