Unused Gift Card with Zero Balance

I am so frustrated and upset seeing that I is a recurring issue with Sephora gift cards.

I had purchased a Sephora gift card which was at a Ralphs store on August 11, 2023 for $150.00. When I tried to use the gift card yesterday on January 4, 2024, the Sephora sales associate told me that the card had a zero balance. When I called the number on the back of the gift card, they told me that there was a purchase made using my gift card in September and October and that there was basically fraudulent activity on my card and neither Ralphs nor Sephora's gift card customer service has been helpful. They are both giving me the run around and telling me that neither of them are responsible for paying me back. My $150 basically went in the garbage and I have been going back and forth with Ralphs, Sephora customer service, and the gift card customer service with no one wanting to help me. I am hoping someone can make this right because this is the most unprofessional handling of a fraud situation I have ever seen in my life
