Unsucessful authorization

Having trouble ordering anything at all. My orders keep getting cancelled for unsucessful authorization.I have double checked. Everything was correct! What should I do?

I was having same problem. Called my credit card company and their records showed the address didn't match. Apparently US follows my State in my Sephora address. My card company couldn't do anything about it, so I used a different card and so far so so good. Fingers crossed!
