Unsuccessful/cancelled orders

I tried multiple times to order today since it’s the start of friends and family sale and all have been unsuccessful and cancelled , I checked all my infos like my card number and billing address and they are all good since it’s what I use when I order . Sephora has refunded me but all I want to do is order so my items doesn’t g wet sold out , it’s a sale that’s why. Can somebody help me because customer service via phone doesn’t seem to be helpful.

Hello. i have read so many posts about cancelled orders, did  you solve this problem? I have the same case and all i get from beauty insiders is not helpful at all. I wonder if there is someone who has really solved it.

I had similar issue. Cancelled due to unsuccessful authorisation for 5x
