Unsuccessful authorization

Hi. I have some problem with order. My new Order’s status is unsuccessful authorization. Its “pending” status in bank app. I can’t cancel the order and I can’t speed up payment authorization. Besides it’s 20% discount as for vib , but after ordering I’m rouge and I can’t use the discount once more( I want to change payment card , or is it any another solutions?

Thanks for answer. It’s not easy to call to Sephora , because I’m not in USA now(
