Unsuccessful authorization

I recently ordered a perfume as a birthday gift for my friend but when looking at the order status it said “unsuccessful authorization” I asked what it meant and I was told it was because there was something on the order that I’m not able to get anymore. I used the code “YAYGIFTING” but that promotion is still running. The perfume I bought is still in stock and I used the 250 points for my December birthday gift and that’s not out of stock. Is anyone else having this issue?

Mine too. I keep placing orders but the orders always gets cancelled with status "unsuccessful authorisation" . I have tried placing the order more than twice
