Unsuccessful authorization

Hello, because my sister and many of my friends adore makeup and other things, I assisted them in creating accounts on Sephora. My card was used in three distinct accounts, and each one was closed. I got a notification informing me that the permission order had failed "unsuccessful authorization". Sephora, I understand that you had to cancel my order, but kindly refund my payment. Please refund my money; I didn't realize doing that was a problem. I've been waiting for the money to return to the account for more than 15 days, but I haven't gotten any emails about it or any other information.
