Unsuccessful authorization

I am never a reseller and my recent 6 orders are all canceled. Sephora blames my bank funding, but they all should be enough. If my account is on the blacklist now, what is the best way to deal with it? Give up all the rewards and register a new account?

hi keelybt, Is it you who sent me a very generic email saying it's againbecause of Payments authorization. I tried to log off my account and use the same card to place another order and the anonymous order went through successfully and was shipped already could you explain it a little bit more? Since you have looked into my account.
