Unsuccessful authorization

Hi, so I placed an order on 16th April, and I haven't checked it until today I saw the status is "unsuccessful authorization". That's odd considering I already received two packages (from two different orders) and I did not changed any information of my credit card. Can you help me with the issue? I need the order to proceed.
