Unsuccessful authorization

My order was canceled due to unsuccessful authorization. I already sent an email but have not heard back.

Hi @KrisCali. So sorry about that. If an order is cancelled for unsuccessful authorization, the funds are immediately released for return and can take 2- 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
