Unsuccessful authorization- what is going on

I don’t understand what is going on with my orders. I placed my first order on the first day of the Rouge sale. I then placed 2 more orders the following day to ship to my sisters. All of them have the status unsuccessful authorization. But all 3 separate orders were paid with 3 different cards. This is definitely not an error from any of our banks. I reviewed the card and billing info and everything is correct. In fact I also just used my card to make an order online elsewhere this morning and it went thru. I called and received an email saying that my order got cancelled. So now my first order went from unsuccessful authorization to canceled with no explanation as to why. I imagine my other 2 orders will be canceled soon too. As a sephora rouge member I am very disappointed in customer support and their system. What is the point of being a rouge member if I cannot benefit from it?? Nobody is able to help me. I have called again and waiting again for “internal review”. The payment system is blocking my cards and nobody can help. Very frustrating!

I'm having this issue too , for about two weeks, each order I place got the same status unsuccessful authorization.

I never got an email that my orders were cancelled or what is was wrong.

also contacted the customer service few times, and they told me someone will email me about this issue. but nothing is moving, I'm a rouge with 1600+ points. and all my recent orders being cancelled with that status. Can you help me please!

Hi, i placed an order on august 29 and today my order was cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. This is the first order i have placed online ever on sephora and i checked the billing address and shipping and all is correct..could you help me?

@Annerxd Have you called the credit card company?  They might think it’s fraud and blocking the charges.

Yes I called to make sure my account is good to purchase online at Sephora!

Having the same issue, did it ever get resolved.
