Unsuccessful authorization refund

My order was recently canceled due to the unsuccessful authorization, therefore, I would like to ask when I would be refunded. I’ve heard that for international card, it could take up to 1 billing cycle, or are there any possible ways I can get the refund faster than that? Thanks!
