Unsuccessful authorization for 7 times

Yeah, Sephora can not surprise me more. 

I was able to exchange my rogue reward to $100. I got it for the first 3 times but it's an unsuccessful authorization every single time. Okay, contact the customer service many times, submit a form every time, nothing gets fixed. 

Even better, I finally get to spend my $100, and it got canceled, my reward was gone and they had to replace it with store credit.

Today, just today. I tried to purchase something for 4 times, got unsuccessful authorization 4 times. 

This is BS. Sephora's customer service is not helpful, I don't know what they trying to do but clearly it doesn't solve my fxxking problem.
