Unsuccessful authorization - Order Canceled

Can someone please explain what was wrong with my order when my card was charged successfully already??

 

I already sent an email to support ..

Hi were you refunded by the cancelled orders already, same thing happened to me and I have not received my money back yet it has been 9 days already and the thing is they keep on saying I was not charged for it when my back statement clearly states that the transaction I made was already authorized and charged.
