Unsuccessful authorisation

Hi there,

 

My latest order (from November of last year) hadn't shown up in my orders for ages so i just assumed I had forgotten to complete my purchase. However going back through my credit card I saw it had been paid for and came back to check it's status and it says "unsuccessful authorisation". Why have I not been refunded for this?!

Hi @stena831 If your order was cancelled you were never charged for the order, as we only charge your card once the order ships. I will be happy to look into this for you and send  you a message with more information.
