Unsuccessful Authorization

I ordered two things and it confirmed, then I looked on my app to see when it was going to arrive and it said unsuccessful authorization. I used a $25 gift card and the rest on a card that definitely has enough money on it. I still also haven’t gotten a refund. How do I actually get my stuff?
