Unsuccessful Authorization

My orders keep changing to unsuccessful authorization for the past few months. I talked to a Sephora rep and they told me that they submitted a form to look into the issue a month ago and never heard back.

@Fwang26 I’m very frustrated too. They keep telling me the same thing without fixing the issue. I’ve seen so many other people experiencing the unsuccessful authorization problem too and they never tell us exactly why that happens.
